This hotel offers excellent value for money, with a very good price for a stay close to the airport. The free breakfast and wifi are a nice bonus, and the staff are extremely helpful. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the airport or a quick bus ride away. The hotel also provides a pass for free public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.
No complaints, everything was satisfactory.

Within walking distance (10 min. Max) to the airport and 3 minutes to #10 bus to downtown. Next to a convenience store. Rooms need a face- lift urgently.

the location was great as it was just an 8-minute bus ride to the airport. It was also close to good restaurants, allowing us to easily find a variety of dining options. the hotel was connected to the railway station, making it easy to explore the city. the room was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. the service was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. the breakfast offered was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. it was a great experience.
The room could have benefited from air conditioning as it got quite warm during the summer.

It was close to the airport, but that was about it. Staff was friendly.
Lift was broken, all got renovated (in fact, really needed)... it is less than 3 stars and still charges CHF 119 per night.

Staff extremely helpful, even with a late check-in. Convenient location near the airport. Free bus pass provided for easy transportation.
Tired decor and some areas in need of renovation. Limited breakfast options and not enough food available.

The staff at the reception were friendly and nice. Taking a bath and also the cleanliness of the wash room. The flat screen tv was in good taste. And I also enjoyed the free internet speed connection in the room.
It would be nice to introduce chocolates at the reception instead of the biscuits which are not what Geneva and Swiss is known for. Also the cigarette smoke from outside filters through the reception area making it stuffy. At one point the cigarette smoke in the 1st floor corridor was too much, and the smoke detectors did not raise an alarm. The person serving breakfast can also try to smile abit to clients.

The hotel could benefit from some maintenance and updates. the decor felt a bit tired and there were some visible signs of wear and tear.

Bathroom was very clean and cozy, room is wide and comfortable bed, breakfast was good and full og things to eat and place was good too.
Lights are low, the door was a bit hard to close and the ceilings were old and corridors were covered with strange Calc paper!! receptionist of the night shift wasn't helpful but things changed at the morning :)
